Ardiem Medical, Inc. was established in 2001 as a contract developer and manufacturer of medical devices. We are housed in an 18,000 square foot building in Indiana, Pennsylvania, where we have a Class 10,000 clean room.
President, James (Jim) Cupp
Jim Cupp has over 30 years experience working in the biomedical field. His background includes the design and development of pacemakers, heart valves, injection ports, catheters, functional electrical stimulators, custom medical electrode leads and other prototype devices made to our customers’ orders. Through his past experience he has acquired a strong knowledge of chemistry and material science requirements for medical devices. Jim stays very heavily involved with the design and development of new projects and is always available to talk to customers to come up with design solutions for them.
Project Manager and Sales, Christina (Christi) Park
Christi Park has been at Ardiem Medical since its inception in 2001. She has a BS degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Her background includes pcb design, testing and prototyping. Christi is the principle investigator for Ardiem Medical’s “Prosthetic Arm Control Device for Amputees” funded through Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center, US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command. She is also our customer service and sales representative and would love to talk to you about your new project.
Quality Assurance Manager, Joseph (Joe) Klingensmith
Joe Klingensmith has over 25 years experience working in the biomedical field in quality assurance. Joe is well versed in ISO and FDA regulations and can help customers who are heading into FDA trials. Joe’s attention to detail is phenomenal and he assures only the highest quality products get shipped out of Ardiem Medical’s doors.
Manufacturing Manager, Wayne Stiles
Wayne Stiles has over 25 years experience manufacturing product for the biomedical field. His background also includes the manufacturing of pacemakers, heart valves, injection ports, catheters, functional electrical stimulators, neuromodulation electrode leads and other prototype devices. Wayne is a perfectionist and you can rest assured any product that he produces will meet or exceed your expectations.
